Although her art education has been in ceramics, and clay is the major material she makes use of in her work, she has been tend to bring it together with other media and nature itself. She moved most of her installation works out of the studio through the last year and her work started to interact more with both herself and the viewer. 

Besides being an artist based in Ankara, Turkey, she has had the chance to travel and participate in different academic programs, work in different studios, be part of several national and international art shows and further her Master's and Ph.D. researches in the U.K. and the U.S.A. through Erasmus and Fulbright grants.
